Learn the basics of sensory evaluation in a practical and interactive way. The Sensory Skills module delves into the way we perceive what we taste, in the evaluation of the natural characteristics of coffee and in the introduction of this knowledge in our business.
On the second day, and upon completion of the course work, students will take the SCA Sensory Skills Foundation practical exam. They must then complete a written exam alone online. After passing the exams, they will earn 5 points towards the SCA Coffee Skills Diploma.
