A hands-on Workshop where you will learn about what cupping means. Why we do it and how we apply it as a coffee professional or just as a coffee aficionado. A simple & interactive class that will teach you how to cup coffee using two of the most common formats in coffee: the Specialty Coffee Association and Cup of Excellence's forms.
And we will learn while we cup different origin and processes.
This is an entry level class. Who can attend? People who wants to improve their cupping skills working or not in the coffee industry, baristas, roasters, people who likes to drink coffee and want a better understanding of how to describe their coffee experience or just coffee aficionados.
