This coffee exhibits a sweet, nutty/cocoa characteristic and a thick and creamy body. We love this coffee as espresso but it brews a fine cup of pour over or auto-drip.

In the cup, this combination features dark chocolate, hazelnut, with a hint of dried cherries and a medium body.

Cultivar: Bourbon
Process: Pulped Natural Sensory: Designed for espresso, making balance a priority. To achieve this, Daterrae\ processes the cherries in two different ways – part of it gets pulped, and the second part are late-harvested when they are almost fully dried on the tree.
Harvesting: Selective mechanical
Drying: Patio + Drum drier
Best for: Espresso + Drip
