Through real-world exercises you’ll learn practical techniques to streamline your station, sharpen your movements, and deliver top-quality drinks without sacrificing attention to detail. Whether you work in a bustling café or are preparing for a leadership role behind the bar, this workshop will help you level up your performance.
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion.
Who Should Attend:
Baristas currently working in coffee shops who want to enhance their efficiency, workflow, and quality standards. This class is designed to take basic barista skills and improve efficiency while maintaining quality. You will learn techniques, under the guidance of our instructors, to increase your drink production speed, and manage a busy/clean station.
What You'll Learn:
- Demonstrate steaming milk and extracting espresso simultaneously.
- Prepare milk for a cappuccino and latte in one pitcher.
- Explore how order management relates to efficiency and the customer’s experience.
- Produce 5 drinks to standards within 7-8 minutes while maintaining an orderly, clean station
- Operate in pairs on dedicated espresso and milk stations
- Apply health and hygiene practices as it relates to workflow
This workshop have a 5 hours duration.
