Fossa’s vision includes adding new origin bars using Asian cacao beans, and expanding their line-up of well-executed, fascinating inclusion bars.
Transport to a fragrant and flourishing Thai garden with this rose tea infused Tanzania dark milk chocolate, topped with dehydrated lychee and crunchy cacao nibs.
Lychee is native to Southeast Asia. This fruit has been a local favorite since ancient times, and was once enjoyed as a delicacy in the Chinese imperial court. When fresh, the pulp is aromatic and musky, but is very sweet and floral when dried, as it is in this bar.
