SCA BARISTA SKILLS FOUNDATION

Discover the SCA Barista Skills Foundation, a barista course developing your espresso and milk based beverage skills. Gain scientific knowledge of the fundamentals, understanding the science of coffee to prepare quality drinks while increasing your efficiency.

This two-day course is perfect for baristas, entrepreneurs or home enthusiasts. The module provides worldwide recognized instruction in espresso and milk techniques. Learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar: how to set up your grinder, milk steaming, health and safety, customer service, basic business practices and more.

The class will last two days, each day Coffea School provides lunch, snacks, refreshments and coffees. Upon completion of the course work, students will have 21 days to take the SCA Barista Skills Foundation written exam online. After passing the exam students will earn their SCA Barista Skills Foundation certificate. This course may be taken in presence or in an Online LIVE format.
