This two-day course is perfect for baristas, entrepreneurs or home enthusiasts. The module provides worldwide recognized instruction in espresso and milk techniques. Learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar: how to set up your grinder, milk steaming, health and safety, customer service, basic business practices and more.
On the second day, and upon completion of the course work, students will take the SCA Barista Skills Foundation practical exam. They must then complete a written exam alone online. After passing the exams, they will earn 5 points towards the SCA Coffee Skills Diploma.
