They are also in the forefront of the emerging specialty coffee scene, so it was natural for Standout to combine the best of two worlds. Creating an overall floral and fruity bar using cacao from Öko Caribe in Dom Rep.
The coffee used is a washed Gesha from Hugo Mariño in the Cusco region in Peru. Roasted in Sweden by Johan & Nyström.
